Professional Communication Skills in English (PCSE) ENG 300
PCSE is a practical 14 week communication course which aims to prepare students for internship and job applications. Students develop their awareness of the application process, from personal skills analysis through to analysing job advertisements, writing CVs and cover letters, and preparing for interviews. Additionally, students critically evaluate factors which affect the youth labour market whilst developing their writing and presentation skills. ENG 300 focuses on building communication skills in English which enable students to confidently embark on both their internships during their undergraduate studies, and their professional lives after graduation.
