On April 12, 2023, the Tea Talks in Touch event was held at Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research & Application Center. The event featured a keynote speech by Microsoft CEMA CFO  Paul Benjamin, a renowned expert in the field of digital marketing. The purpose of the event was to provide attendees with insights and strategies to enhance their digital marketing efforts. The event was well-attended, with over 125 undergraduate, graduate students and faculty from various faculties, including engineering and social sciences.

Paul Benjamin's keynote speech focused on the importance of data-driven marketing strategies. He emphasized the need to collect and analyze data to understand consumer behavior and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly. He also highlighted the role of social media in marketing and emphasized the need for companies to be active on multiple platforms.

Benjamin shared his experiences working with clients and provided examples of successful marketing campaigns that utilized data-driven strategies. He also discussed the latest trends in digital marketing, such as artificial intelligence and voice search, and provided insights on how companies can stay ahead of the curve.

Following the keynote speech, there was a Q&A session where the panelists had the opportunity to ask Benjamin questions. Panelists asked about various topics, including the role of influencer marketing, the use of chatbots, and the importance of mobile optimization.
