The School of Languages Debate Team 
Receives Silver Award at the QLS Festival

The Sabancı University School of Languages Debate Team has been awarded the Silver Award in the 17+ category at the 8th QLS Debate Championship. All members of the debate team received silver medals. In addition, the following speakers were presented with Outstanding Speaker Certificates:

1st Speaker: Tarık Özder
2nd Speaker: Farnam Rami
Rebuttal Speaker: Burak Yavuz Ölük

The debate team also included Selim Taş, and Bülent Yağız Büyüktaşçı as researchers who contributed to the team’s preparation and performance.

The championship brought together universities from multiple countries, providing participants with the opportunity to engage in competitive debate across a range of topics and formats.
